Welcome to your Linktivity Sever. You have connected to a Linktivity Server where you can access tools such as WebDemo and WebInteractive.
Ø WebDemo is a web conferencing solution which allows you to have large or small, public or private online meetings where you can interact with your meeting attendees through meeting features such as desktop presentations and application sharing, video conferencing, user polling, keyboard chat, voice chat, document management, co-browse, file transfer and record playback.
Ø WebInteractive is a web help desk tool that makes it easier for your clients to contact your available customer service, sales, and support personnel. WebInteractive provides tools such as desktop presentations and application sharing, remote control, system information, system recovery, video conferencing to help you assist customers and clients.
WebDemo and WebInteractive are separate Linktivity products, which can be installed and accessed through the same Web server.
On the left side of a Linktivity screen is the menu area.
If
you have a Linktivity ID and password, click the Logon
button to access your Linktivity office where you have additional WebDemo
or WebInteractive options.
The
Linktivity Server supports English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish
languages. You
can select the default language for the Linktivity user interfaces and
web pages
by clicking on a flag.
Users
that don’t have a Linktivity ID and password can access Public Linktivity
meetings, documents or recordings through the Public
Area
Prior
to connecting to a meeting it is recommended that you click Test Browser which will run a system test
that checks your browser configuration to ensure you
have everything needed
to successfully connect to a WebDemo meeting or WebInteractive session.
On the very bottom of the menu area you will find the current date and time and the version number of the WebDemo and WebInteractive software that is running on this server.
