At Linktivity we are dedicated to ensuring your online collaboration experience is as smooth as possible. Prior to entering a Linktivity meeting or session, a "Test Browser" will automatically check your machine to verify if you have everything you need to successfully initiate or attend a Linktivity session.
Once the test has been run, the test result page appears on your screen. If it is successful you can continue to your meeting.
If it is not successful, the test result page
shows you the problem that was found. By placing your mouse over the error
or warning the Linktivity Server will provide additional information
and details to optimize your collaboration experience. You can also click
the "Email Results" button to email your test results to your
system administrator, Linktivity Technical Support or to yourself.
